Before You Book
- Check your date, departure time and ticket quantities before completing payment.
- Add dietary requests for each guest who needs an alternative menu.
- Please contact us before booking if anyone has an allergy, medical dietary requirement, mobility need or accessibility requirement.
- A responsible adult must accompany all guests under 18.
Changes & Cancellations
Bookings are non-refundable. Where we have availability, we may be able to move your booking to another date or departure time when enough notice is provided. Full details, including notice periods and no-show arrangements, are set out in our Terms & Conditions.
